Vortex Breath Work and Optional Ice Bath

Service Description

In this class we will use our breath to connect with our bodies, release stores tension, practice presence and bring stillness of mind. Ice bath optional! You choose your comfort level. Please Bring a towel and dry clothing! Pre Registration mandatory. Once signed up you will receive an email for your waiver. Waivers must be submitted 24 hr prior to class. We cannot fill out waivers in person unless you are 20 minutes early. Spaces must be pre purchased and pre paid due to demand and ice costs.
