Service Description

We store trauma in our bodies from daily life experiences, emotionally charged situations and from mental processes. These traumas present as dis-ease and illness that can lessen our overall mental and physical health. We offer private, tailored classes specific to the individual that includes breath, tapping, talk, movement and release techniques so you can elevate the body and mind. These are 45 min or 90 minute sessions designed specifically for you. Please book a 15 min consultation session below to schedule your one on one. 

Cancellation Policy

We have a 12 hour cancellation policy in which all cancellations and reschedules must be done in your account or by phone. This is to protect the service providers income. Within 12 hours the chances of them getting another appointment drops to under 10%.
