Book Our Space
In order to host a fee based event, you must be able to accept credit cards and all forms of payment. Zen will NOT collect any money on your behalf. Your clients pay you directly to attend your class and you simply pay for the room rental per hour.
If you want your event/class added to our public schedule, you will need to submit all info to us via email at events.zenholisticstores@gmail.com. This includes links for sign ups. If you want us to help promote the event, then please book a date at least 30 days out as it can take us up to 7 days to get you on our public schedule.
Each booking is for 1 hour, starting at the time frame you book. You get 15 min before and after your appointment to set up and break down. If you need more that one hour, you must book 2 slots.
Required information for us to add your event/class to our schedule:
-Title of class, -Date and Time, -Class Description, -Class price, -Payment options, -Link to sign up.
Emergency Contact Numbers: DO NOT GIVE OUT THESE NUMBERS. We aren't being mean, but we have boundaries we want respected.
What we consider emergencies are problems getting into the store etc. Bookings and cancellations are not an emergency. For non emergency issues please call us at the store during business hours @ 713-389-5498. Thanks!
