Yin Yoga with Brenda

Service Description

Join Brenda for a Yin yoga infused with meridian clearing, breath work, and detoxifying poses that are meant to align the energetic centers and destress the mind and body. Reset and rejuvenate as you hold relaxing poses for 3-5 min each. This class is limited to 14 people and spaces are given to people signed up first. At the scheduled start time, anyone not on the sign up will be given an available spot. Please bring water, yoga mats and/or a yoga blanket! All classes are donation based and require sign up and check in.
