Service Description

This women's only event is hosted by Brenda of Zen Holistics. Our Circles will consist of a safe space for women to utilize the energy of the earth so we can connect, recharge, release traumas and align to their highest good. In a world where women are boss, it's easy to forget how important self care and mental release can help. Come meet other amazing women who share your journey, understand your world and hold no judgment. This event will start with a group introduction, a message card from the universe, heart chakra attunement, releasing circle to release whatever you need, and experience a guided meditation. We honor and include earth elements, teas, fruits, flowers and sound healing for a fully immersive experience!Come fill your cup with these amazing energy healers and women's guide. This amazing event will be approximately 1.5 - 2 hours long. Starts promptly at 6:30 pm. Doors lock promptly at 6:36pm. Limited to 25 people. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket or whatever you need to feel comfortable.
